People complicate wedding timelines but it’s NOT complicated!

Guess what!? Creating a timeline IS NOT COMPLICATED. It is actually easy! If someone makes it complicated... you don't have the right team.

Obviously all weddings are different, but they can follow a somewhat standard pattern. You typically want photo and video coverage to start with a minimum of 3 hours before the ceremony (if there is a first look) or 2 hours before the ceremony (no first look)… that is if everything is in the same location, if there are different locations, then just add travel time. You want to cover all the way to the end… simply because those reception photos of people tipsy are super fun (if you have a fun team of photographers like us that gets the fun out of people during the party).
