The DIRTY truth about wedding photo companies that DO NOT show faces.

This is so important. I can't stress enough how important this is. You need to know this.

I am probably the first person writing about this in the wedding industry and the only one telling the truth. I am too honest in this business and it needs to be told.

There are tons and tons of wedding photo & video companies running incredible deals out there, and they all have one thing in common: they do not show the photographers' faces on their website.

These companies have a strong sales department that promise "stunning quality" at a lower cost. They convince couples they will get the quality of work they see on their website (and there's only a few images on the website, they can't possibly come up with a big and beautiful portfolio from thousands of weddings! it's mind blowing!).

Couples are convinced they found a company that offers high quality of work at a fraction of the price, simply because they saw a few good images and they loved the salesperson's charisma. Yet, these companies send a "photographer" that did not take those photos on the website. As a matter of fact, I personally went through the hiring process of many of these companies, just to see their requirements, you know what they require? a camera and 30 images uploaded. You know anyone can buy a camera at Best Buy, put it on automatic mode, and take 30 photos at a wedding correct? ANYONE can do that without any study, any skill, any talent.

These companies pay these "photographers" super low wages (wages that good wedding photographers do not actually take), and this is how they're able to charge so low for these wedding packages and they're able to scale fast and go national and cover hundreds/thousands of weddings per year… because of who they actually send to your wedding!

You know what they do? they write tons and tons of 5-star reviews in order to hide the truth. The real reviews get hidden in the mud somewhere, also get deleted.

There are a lot of these companies! They are everywhere!, and that's what happens when you find a company with a really "good package deal" where you can't see faces on the website, or the portfolio and history of each particular photographer. They have a few good images on the website (and no, that's not the quality of work you will be getting) and a strong sales department.

A lot of these "photographers" from these companies apply to get in my team, and they wouldn't even pass 1 out of the 20 requirements I require in skill, experience and knowledge.

I write all this because weddings are important, they are super special and they only happen once. There are a lot of irresponsible companies out there focusing on profit. It's honestly crazy, I wish I could tell you everything that no one dares to tell you in one email, but I can't! it would take an entire book.
